Nighttime Calming Complex is a physician-formulated blend of seven well-studied ingredients designed to promote healthy sleep, support normal nocturnal rhythms and assist with occasional sleeplessness.

Restorative sleep requires a balance of the neurotransmitters serotonin, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), and melatonin. When in proper balance, these neurotransmitters allow for more restorative sleep.

This formula is especially effective in people with COMT, TPH and/or GAD1 mutations that reduce both serotonin and GABA production resulting in an overly stimulated nervous system. Utilizing Melatonin and L-Theanine, Nighttime Calming Complex assists in maintaining circadian rhythms, supporting the production of serotonin, and promoting relaxation.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1-2 capsules one hour before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare professional. For children 90 pounds and above, take 1 capsule one hour before bedtime. CAUTION: Causes drowsiness. Consumption may impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Alcohol may intensify this effect. Do not take this product if you are taking a prescription drug without consulting your practitioner first. Do not use while pregnant or lactating.
